Historic Event with Eva Schloss, Stepsister of Anne Frank

Historic Event with Eva Schloss, Stepsister of Anne Frank
Soon all Holocaust survivors will be gone. We are working to ensure their personal stories of tolerance, diversity and triumph are remembered.

The Alevy Chabad Jewish Center de Las Cruces is planning an afternoon with Eva Schloss, stepsister of Anne Frank, on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. At NMSU Center for the Arts, she will share her story of survival with the Las Cruces community.

For one day only, Eva joins us from London for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Eva will share her story of survival and personal memories of her stepsister Anne Frank.

Eva’s inspiring story will be enhanced at the event with a display of paintings by her brother and father, Heinz and Erich Geiringer. This world-famous artwork was painted while in hiding, and portrays the stunning and impactful landscape of a Holocaust family’s life in an Amsterdam attic.
